It's important to us that you enjoy our produce to the full and, for this reason, we recommend that you wash your vegetables thoroughly before using. Obviously, the nature of the produce and it's production means that our vegetables come to you in as natural a state as possible, which can often includes earth residues. Whilst the mud helps to maintain freshness, it is important that all traces are removed before consumption.
