Step-by-step guide
1. Choose Your Fundraising Idea
Pick something that feels fun, doable, and meaningful to you. It could be:
- Host a food-focussed get-together like a Souper Social or a dinner party
- Do a sponsored walk, run, bike ride or swim
- Bake some tasty treats to sell at work or a community group you belong to
- Create arts & crafts items to sell
- If you have a birthday coming up, request donations in lieu of gifts
- Hold a tabletop sale
- Offer a “helping hands” service like lawn mowing or car washing

Do I need permission to fundraise for The Community Farm?
- No, we welcome your support! If you're planning something big or public, feel free to let us know so we can cheer you on and help spread the word.
Where should I direct donations?
- Please direct people to our Localgiving page.
Can I collect cash donations?
- Yes, if you do receive cash donations, simply add them up and donate the total through the Localgiving page or drop it off to us at The Farm.
Will you promote my fundraiser?
We’d love to! Tag us on social media or email us with details and photos. We’ll do our best to share your story in our newsletter or online.
Can I use your logo or images?
Yes — you can download a poster here. If you want anything else, just get in touch.
